should Be Able to Handle Corporate and Commercial Legal Affairs/cases, Legal Research, Arbitration & Resolution of Disputes and Legal Advisory for all Branches of Law.

coordination for Notices, Agendas & Minutes of the Meeting Regarding Legal Matters.

generating Drafts, Vetting and Finalizing Various Agreements such as Union Agreement, Contract Labour Agreement, General Purchase Agreement, Customer / Vendor Agreement, Tooling Agreement, Non-disclosure Agreement.

keeping Updated Self & Management On the Latest Laws & Regulations Changes/ Alteration.

expertise in Drafting & Expert At Present Self as An Authority On the Companys Behalf in Courts of Law.

handling the Various Civil and Criminal Cases Filed By or Against the Company Across India.

Coordination with the Company Advocates for the Same.
