1. good Connection with Brands for Leasing.

2. retail and Commercial Leasing for Mall/high Street.

3. handling Leasing Enquiries and Make Necessary Recommendation of Retail Space to Prospects.

4. planning and Implementation of the Brand Mix in Retail Malls.

5. engagement and Negotiation with Retailers/brands to Sign the Lease for Retail Stores of the Malls/high Streets.

6. negotiation and Finalization of Rental and other Terms and Conditions with Potential Brands.

7. working to Sign Lease Agreements with the Tenants and to Follow the Leasing Standard Operating Procedures (sops).
