Job Description

Your role will be to seek new international business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers

Lead generation (Inbound) –

• Creating and managing Inbound Leads

• Attending all incoming queries through website, email & call and addressing potential client questions & follow-up calls.

• Understanding the use cases and identify the business requirements and sales opportunities.

• Following up on warm leads from marketing campaigns

Lead generation (Outbound)

• Creating and managing outbound leads

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, online networking and social media

• Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience

• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Database generation & CRM Management:

Updating our CRM with leads and progress

• Building a database of prospect/clients.

Requirements of the role:

• Experience in developing leads for a software development agency

• Experience on using sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
