Roles & Responsibilities:
Making outbound (cold/warm)calls to find qualified leads in the international Market.
Follow up on companys marketing inquiries, engage in intelligent conversations with these inquiries and get them interested in setting up appointments or personal meetings.
Update prospect database with call activities and generate alternate contacts.
Cultivate prospects till they become qualified leads.
Generate qualified leads within target accounts as determined by sales.
Requirements:
Experience with CRM / Contact Center/ BPO /Customer Service/ Software Services companies in the International Market preferably.
Telemarketing skills including the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with prospective customers in the International market.
Ability to navigate to the Decision Maker.
Proven track record of performance (. lead generation representative of the year)
Desire to perform at the highest levels and blow past quota.
Strong individual contributor as well as a team player.
