Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development executive to help us expand our clientele. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for prospecting; qualifying and generating new qualified sales leads. The offerings website development & digital marketing and the target set will be Founders, Directors, Managers, CEOs, CTOs and VP level clients and make first level contacts.

Job Description:

• Proactively generate leads and opportunities through various techniques

• Contact Discovery using online research tools i.e., Linkedin to retrieve contact information of prospects.

• Create & Maintain the database provided up-to-date with help of CRM

• Cold call on the database created and pitch for IT & Digital Marketing Services.

• Establish first level connection with prospects.

• Set up appointment/face to face meetings for BDE.

• Send emails to the prospects to share business offerings and gather requirements

• Follow up with customers regarding their business needs

• Adhere to the process laid down and strive to inculcate best practices for optimum results

Skills :

• Soft-spoken and humble with words & Strong communication

• Ability to multi-task prioritize, and manage time effectively

• IT Knowledge [knowledge of website, mobile applications, Digital Marketing, IT services will be added advantage]

• Having knowledge of the industry and its current events

• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

• Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations

• Ability to take decisions

• Go getter and Self-motivator

Experience:

Bpo Operations: 1 year (Preferred)

Immediate Joiners / Already Serving Notice will be preferred.

• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers.
• Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Handle objections and issues raised by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
• To be accountable for the timely sending or responding of proposals and its chronological and sequential maintenance of record.
