Previous experience as a laser machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role.

Machine Setup and Operation:

Prepare and set up laser machines for operation, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and aligning components.

Operate laser machines to perform cutting, engraving, or welding tasks based on specified designs and requirements.

Monitor the machine operation to ensure proper functioning and detect any issues or anomalies.

Quality Control:

Inspect completed workpieces to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and tolerances.

Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to achieve desired outcomes and maintain consistent quality.

Material Handling:

Load and unload materials onto/from the laser machine platform safely and efficiently.

Follow guidelines for material handling and storage to prevent damage or contamination.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Perform routine maintenance tasks on laser machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing components as needed.

Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and address minor technical issues to minimize downtime.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating the laser machine and handling materials.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.

Documentation:

Record production data, including job details, material usage, machine settings, and any quality issues.

Maintain accurate records of machine.
