Job Description

Build and develop the business case, provide relevant and sound business & technical advice to the customer.

Developing new business through networking.

Arranging business meetings and following up leads.

Understanding customers specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.

Learning about how products and services work.

Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications.

Providing support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible.

Attending industry events.

Working closely with the marketing department.

Developing effective sales plans utilizing sales methodology.

Coordinating with OEM's and maintaining good relation with them.

Ensuring smooth client servicing.

Managing current accounts and developing new accounts.

Contributing in organization profit through continuous revenue generation.

Assist to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.

There may be some international travel involved depending on the remit of the company.

Engage with the customer, identify triggers, Identify key issues which impact the business and make

recommendations to customer.

Eligibility:

English must be Fluent (Strong Communication and Presentation skills)

Candidate should have an experience in Solution selling i.e IT Infrastructure management services

Candidate should have developed new accounts and managed existing accounts

Capability to translate the customer business issues in to IT Infrastructure requirements

Prior knowledge of Telecom product, IT services and Sales.

Domain knowledge of Business development.

Experience working with International client relationship management will be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate:

Any Graduate with min 3 years Experience or Masters with min 1 year experience in the field of Marketing/Sales of IT products, Telecom products, Bio metric & CCTVs, Fire and safety e
