Job Description

Requirements:

3+ years of total experience, of which at least 2-3 should be in some form of B2B tie-ups.

Strong account management, communication and relationship building skills.

Highly self-motivated and keen to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must.

Responsibilities:

Acting as a primary interface for our Business customers and partners of our company.

**Business Customers**

>Playing an integral role in new business pitches, demos and hold responsibility for the effective on-

boarding of new business accounts in tandem with the sales teams [Pre-sales and Post-sales onboarding

and followup].

>Explore new areas of partnerships with our Business accounts with focus on growing revenue channels,

identifying new requirements and engaging with existing customers.

>Weekly and Monthly followups with performance metrics on the promised deliverables of company

**Partners **

>Effectively communicating our partners’ requirements and fulfilling those, by working with various

teams at Including setting up internal processes as required.

>Work on Improving processes of Vendors/ partners to deliver as per organisation's Requirements.

>Regular reviews and meetings with partners to identify gaps and improve efficiency
