Job Description

Position: Key Account Manager

Reports To: Business Unit Head

Job Overview: Key Account Manager is a part of core business team in TRUSTKLUB and helps the organization to grow through Client Service Delivery

Key Resultant Areas:

Managing End to End Recruitment Cycle for Client Companies

Meet Defined Business Target through Client Service Delivery

Demand Generation through Client Servicing

Promote High Quality Customer Service Processes

Strategizing Team Goals and Action Plans

Supervision and monitoring Team Member Performance

Maintaining Recruitment MIS & Databases

Acquire New Clients through Business Development

Create an inspiring team environment with an effective leadership and open communication culture

Required Profile:

A Bachelors degree from a reputed university

4-5 years of in recruitment along with client management experience .

Team management experience of at least 2 year is preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong analytical ability , good working knowledge in Ms Office
