Job Description

GAIL (India) Limited, invites applications from Indian nationals for filling up following posts as per category wise vacancies (including backlog) indicated against each post in Table-I below for the work-centres/ units located in various States across the country.

Qualification : Full time Bachelor Degree of minimum 03 years duration with minimum 55% marks [Candidates applying for UR & OBC (NCL) post] and Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations with minimum 55% marks [Candidates applying for UR & OBC (NCL) post] Candidates should have basic knowledge & skills in computer applications (MS Office- Excel, Power Point, Word etc.) in office environment.

Minimum Essential Experience/Credentials : Minimum 02 (Two) years Post Qualification Experience in Personnel & Administration/ HR Department in State/ Central Government Department(s)/ Organisation(s)/ Undertaking(s) and/ or Large private sector Organisation(s)/ Institution(s)/ Company(ies) of repute as an employee of that Plant/Undertaking/Organisation.

Upper age limit : 28 years for UR category posts + applicable age relaxations according to Govt. rule regulation.
