Prepare, review and analyze creditworthiness of personal and commercial loan originations and renewals

Manage judgmental underwriting by evaluating additional customer information including company financials

Manage large scale end to end projects, including vendor scores and technological implementation assessments

Leverage customer data and transactional unstructured data to build risk segmentation and mitigation strategies

Perform various departmental functions, including loan criteria monitoring, risk rating, and stress testing

Ensure an appropriate balance between risk and customer experience at application, authentication, transaction, funds disbursement, and within client contact points

Complete complex analyzes identifying authentication strategy and procedure gaps, manage implementation process across all credit life cycles to affect change

Build necessary reporting to track the effectiveness of underwriting strategy and decision tools Work in tight collaboration with credit operations and customer service to ensure business effectiveness of Risk & Fraud strategy

Work with Technology team to drive availability of relevant data, tools, and infrastructure and continue to enhance automated underwriting capability
