This role involves in Answering calls from customers, Logging and monitoring tickets on the Help Desk systems.
This role involves in IT support and we expect you to work on the tickets logged towards its resolution via phone, remote tools and also onsite if needed. Part of the role is to escalate calls for higher support team (onsite and remote workers) as and when required and take ownership of tickets until the issue is successfully resolved.
This role will also involved in Checking Data backups at all sites daily for smooth running of agreed SLA's
This role also involves in engaging with suppliers to generate purchase estimates on hardware and software equipment required. Part of the requirement will also involve researching for best products, price in the market from various suppliers as and when required to complete task or a project.
This role also involves in escalating calls and work very close with software developers and hardware manufacturers to resolve issues.
This role would also require performing regular onsite installations upgrades of Workstations, Servers, network devices, printers, Wi-Fi Access points, VoIP Phone system and setting up new Mobiles.
