Job Description

Madhees Consulting is seeking a recruiter to join the team of recruiters. The best one would be responsible for calling IT candidates about career opportunities, matching candidates with open positions, and filling job needs for our clients.

Job Location: Hyderabad

Salary: Negotiable

Experience: 1-3 Years

Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge on IT Technologies.

Good in using Microsoft office components.

Qualifications :

Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a recruiter.

Taking care of Internal & External Recruitment, and Able to understand IT Skills Sets (Microsoft/ Java /Linux/ Android/ SAP/ Database/Cloud/Infrastructure/Security etc.)

Doing initial screenings of the candidate and scheduling interviews.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Result oriented and ability to build a strong professional relationship.

Experience in handling the full cycle of Recruitment.

Performed recruiting and staffing processes involving job order prioritization, initial resume review, telephonic screening, reference validation, and interviews.

Sourced and documented active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster & also head hunting.
