Job Description Any Technical Graduate with minimum of 2 years of experience in Staffing preferably from/ for Product Based companies and who is completely hands on sourcing & technical Screening. Experience managing and prioritizing multitasking, Account management and client Handling (Client handling is optional) Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations.
We are looking for a team player with a solid work ethic. Versatile Recruiter and Technical oriented mind with good experience on recruitment giving the best solution to the client as well as to the consultant.
Ability to source profiles from Job portals like Naukri, Monster and other Job Portals & LinkedIn & Head hunting at a quick pace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external.
Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner. Will be given preference to candidates who have more experience in C2H Hiring. Should have the expertise in sourcing, interviewing/assessment and candidate closing.
Should be able to understand customer needs and hiring conditions, both external and internal.
