Currently we are hiring for our Ahmadabad branch.
We require Recruitment Consultant / Sr. Recruitment Consultant who is having minimum 3 months to 5 Year of Experience in recruitment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Review and understand the client requirements.
- Identify the candidates that fit the requirement from various sources (Job Portals & LinkedIn)
- Briefing the candidates about the job requirements. Screening, interviewing & validating the candidates as per requirements.
- Formatting resumes and forwarding the same to the client.
- Scheduling interviews & tests of the shortlisted candidates with clients.
- Following up with both the client and the prospective candidate until all rounds of interview are done.
- Maintain status reports on various requirements, candidate status, offers and joining status.
- Fostering long-term relationship with both the client and the candidate.
