Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

• Independently source all technical and functional positions of the company.

• Direct coordination with various hiring managers for understanding of requirement.

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.

• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

• Tracking current openings and maintain recruitment MIS.

• Closing the hiring in stipulated TAT.

• Managing the pipeline flow of candidates

• Communicating / delivering approved offer to applicant

• Making contact with candidates from the date of offer to date of joining.

Qualifications, Experience & other Requirements:


• Must possess proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade candidate hiring decisions.

• Good understanding of hiring in software industries.

• Must have handled end to end IT recruitment activities independently.

• Knowledge of recruitment platform like Naukri / Monster.

• Knowledge of Social Media hiring.

Education & Experience:

• Graduate / Master in Human Resources.

• 2-3 Years of IT recruitment experience.
