Job Description

Urgently require IT Helpdesk Executive for datacenter.

Alerts monitoring of servers(Apps & DB)

- Report issue to respective L2 &L3 team and ensure closer.

-Incident reporting to respective team as per communication list.

- incident tracker maintenance and reporting to management.

-Should have expertise of Microsoft office,excel and PowerPoint

-Should have understanding of basic Linux command.(optionals).

-should have good verbal and written communication skills.

-Should be ready to work in 24*7 shift.

Develop And Deploy New Features To Facilitate Related Procedures And Tools If Necessary.
Experience Working With Third-Party Apis, Payment Gateways And Web Services.
