Job Description

Should have Good Exposure to Helpdesk Activities On Manage Engine Helpdesk (preferred) Tool

should have Customer Handling Exposure

remote Support/voice/chat Support Experience

bpo Experience is Preferred

service Desk Support: Serve as the First Point of Contact for Users Seeking Technical Assistance Over the Phone or Email and Helping Them to Raise a Concern Online On the Tool.

should Be Able to Resolve Tickets At First Level

response to the Users: Record Complete Details of the Service Requests/complaints and Assign Unique Identity Numbers

ticket Management Assign Specific Service Provider Based On the Nature of Request/complaint

follow- Up On Completion Close Service Request By Regularly Following Up with Respective Service Assignee and Record Response Time

troubleshooting Capabilities On General It Issues like Password Reset, Email Configuration Support Over Phone Etc.

communicate with Requestor to Ensure the Call Closure, Request Status, Reasoning and Commit On Probably Timing of Call Closure
