Able to handle Windows Operating System 2003/2008, Active Directory, Linux (RHEL/Debian), Cisco ASA Firewall, VPN Tunnels, Network troubleshooting, Sonic wall Firewall, Basic understanding and knowledge on Backups/Restores, Network Operation Center, Monitoring System like Whatsup Gold/ Hp Open view etc

Work on SAN, VMWARE, FTP, Tomcat ,database, Cloud computing and VPN

To support IT technical officers monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organisation

They may install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems

Reporting network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information and managing projects

Upgrading data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases

The configuration of routing and switching equipment

The configuration of hosted IP voice services

The basic configuration of firewalls

Remote support of on-site engineers and end users/customers during installation
