Job Description

Minimum of 12-15 months of experience. This experience would include hands on experience on any of the ticketing tools like eHelpline, BMC Remedy etc. Exposure to any one of the Asset Management tools such as BMC Remedy, E-Asset, etc. would be preferred. The candidate should, of course, have exposure of IT assets, both hardware and software.

1) Good written and verbal communication

- 2-3 years of relevant experience

5) Basic Business Etiquette

6) Understanding of approval process

7) Understanding of Asset Management, ITIL processes

8) Fair knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel is a must.
