Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Male)

* Handling online and classroom courses

* Updating information about course payment and customers details

* Handling customer queries and responding to mails

* Re-routing of queries to different people as per the relevance of the mail query

* Tracking online payments

* Handling the calls across India

Desired Candidate Profile:

* Graduate Degree / Masters Degree holders in any subject

* Should be flexible to work in shifts (day & night)

* Must be open to learning

* Should be good in English communication skills both verbal and written

* Should have basic knowledge of computer and typing

* Should be self-motivated and an effective team player
