The candidate should be able to understand and respond in English. We need candidates from BPO or customer support background.

Ask questions to understand customer requirements

Maintains database by entering and verifying the data

Go the Extra Miles to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

Excellent knowledge of English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Location: Surat

Salary: ?13,000 to - ?35,000.00 /month

Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
