Responsibilities and Duties

1. Voice process (Inbound & Outbound Process)

2. Receive calls from customers to resolve their issues

3. Reply to customers and address their concerns

4. Communicate with the client via phone to discuss ongoing issues

5. Handling customer queries and solving them effectively.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Desired Candidate Profile Education:

• UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization and under graduate can apply.

• Fresher can also apply.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines

• Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to customer support.

• Job Shift: Night
