1. Qualification: BTech / BBA / English Hons / BCA
2. Experience of IT Inside Sales preferably in a Cloud/Big Data analytics organization.
3. Experience of 2-5 years. Prior experience of technology sales is a plus, but not necessary
4. Patience and Perseverance is a must. Experience of cold calling, follow-ups is required
5. Proficient with corporate pitch and web presentation tools
6. Exceptional communication skills including listening, writing, and fluency in speaking
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
8. Individual performer and achiever
9. Good knowledge about IT/Software
10. Ability to take ownership and drive things. Should have great attention to detail
11. Should have Networking as well as Prospecting skills.
12. Should be highly data driven and have strong analytical skills
13. Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
14. Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and
meeting deadlines
