Minimum Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in B2B inside sales.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, business management, or
related field.
Accredited inside sales manager (AISM) and Certified inside sales professional (CISP)
accreditations are advantageous.
Record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience with both inside & outside sales,
including lead generation & outbound prospecting.
Hands-on experience with tools used for lead generation.
Ability to adapt to time zones based on the geography focus.
Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Exceptional listening and presentation skills.
Strong organisation and self-management ability.

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting, training, and supervising members of the inside sales team.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold email
campaigns.
Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the inside sales staff receive
quality leads to pursue.
Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual sales.
Preparing accurate sales forecasts and evaluating targets achieved, to assist the
company in making sound business decisions.
