Job Description

Openings: Inside Sales executives (6 openings) + 1 Inside Sales Manager (1 opening)

Open to women only

Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

WFH: WFH allowed on occasions, but working in office is preferred

Work days: 5 days a week

Timings: 9.30 am to 6 pm

Target Market: India, South East Asia and middle east

Candidate Profile:

The incumbent should be smart, dynamic, should have worked in inside sales.

Good communication in English & Hindi (proficient)

Self-starters, enthusiastic and passionate about sales

Driven individuals who can work in high pressure

Manager: All of the above + Should have managed a team or should demonstrate a clear ability to manage teams

Job Description (executives):

Generating/creating database of potential target customers

Establishing contact with the relevant people in potential customer organization (tele-calling & mails)

Creating interest for the solutions with the potential customers

Identifying the needs and qualifying the leads

Co-ordinating for product demos and follow-on communications to maintain a relationship with their respective customers

Assist in demos and proposals for their respective customers

KRAs will include companies & personnel contacted and leads generated

Job Description (manager):

Managing the team of insides sales executives, motivating and guiding the team to perform and achieve their individual and team targets.

Assisting the executives, where necessary with their respective leads

Conducting reviews with teams, monitoring and tracking performance

They will also be generating leads as part of their KRAs

Assisting management with

KRAs will include team performance and own leads generated

Preferred: 1. Priority to incumbents with experience with competitors (Procurement IT Product inside sales)

2. Next priority to incumbents with experience in IT Product inside sales

3. Next priority to incumbents with experience in IT services and/or B2B SaaS inside
