As a part of three decades old business Group, Furmats, having operations in multi zones in India, primarily engaged in distribution of finest of Refractories, Thermal Insulation (Ceramic Fibre/ Calcium Silicate/ Rockwool insulations), Ferro Alloys and Specialty Products like Iron/Metal Powders, Welding Electrodes, Abrasives etc, and proud representations of World Leading product manufacturing facilities, we invite following candidatures in Sales and Marketing.

A. Marketing Managers/ Marketing Managers

For long term business growth, we are looking for self-motivated, zealous marketing personnel in with following key skills/ proficiencies/ requirements:

Job Description :

1) 4 – 10 Experience in Sales/marketing in B2B model, with experience of Sales to industries, like Steel, Cement, Power, Sugar industry

2) Sales/Business developments of industrial products, esp. any of products of Group focus including Refractories, Thermal insulation, Ceramic Fibre/ Calcium Silicate/ Rockwool insulations), Ferro Alloys and Specialty Products like Iron/Metal Powders, Welding Electrodes, Abrasives etc

3) Having experience/capability in team management/ team building and team leading apart from taking abilities of initiative taking, for supporting management with planning for Medium and long term Growth

4) Avid in marketing/ business development activities and enthusiastic about regular travelling for meeting with end clients/user for helping with best of solutions

5) To have confidence in self, for long term association and working with company and zealous towards mutual growth through active participation in special incentives schemes

6) Good Communications Skills, esp. English and Hindi and pleasing personality

7) Post Graduation (pref. in Marketing) and Graduation preferably from Science (BSc) / Engineering (BTech – Ceramics/Chemicals being preference) Background

8) Having own transportation for local commuting.
