Job Description

Ready to work in 24*7 Centralized Incident Coordinator for various locations.

Deliver services as per procedure/process documents.

To reduce service disruption as per the SLA.

Handling incident for approximate 150 processes across PAN India.

Handling Disruption occurred in processes for application & Voice related issues.

Handling P1 & P2 incidents.

To release notification regarding service disruption to concern stake holders.

Driving bridge calls and to get resolved an outage from resolver teams earliest.

Total responsibilities from starting of incident to closure of incident.

Preparing Monthly and weekly report of incident.

Maintaining daily basis tracker of P1 & P2 incident.

Preparing LIR during incident & IR (Incident Report) & Chasing for RCA to resolver team.

Preparing major incident within week with proper causes to higher management.
