Asst Manager Import or Import Documentation Executive with a Clearing and Freight forwarding company at Fort, Mumbai.

Import Documentation Executive

Male candidate : Well versed with English with knowledge of Visual Impex/Live Impex software

Handling Import and Export Documentation.

Handling FOB , CIF and C&F shipment

Knowledge of Normal B/E, In-Bond, Ex-Bond & HSS B/E.

Knowledge of Re-import and Re-export consignments.

Find H.S codes, Duty Structure with tariff book

Co-coordinating with Delivery Agents / Transporter for Delivery of Shipments & Planning for Delivery

Preparing Daily Status Report of Imports and Export Shipment

Regular communication with party over Mail and Personal contact

Updating Client for Shipment Status

B/E Filling with Visual Impex and ICEGATE

Tracing shipment status through websites and by personal contact with shipping lines and

freight forwarders

Arrange to collect the delivery orders from shipping line and freight forwarders

Co-Ordination with custom clearance dept for getting status and to avail required

Documents.

Filling Online Import Documents under EPCG, DEPB, DEEC, SHIS, FPS, SEZ and

EOU Licenses.Handling all Office work.
