Experience=1 to 5 yrs

Job Description:

• Handling Incoming and Outgoing Calls. Attending calls and transferring them to the concerned departments.

• Coordinates all incoming and outgoing couriers and mail, as well as the distribution of parcels, courier.

• Maintaining call log records

• Checking inward and outward register for regular updating .

• Maintain visitors ID cards and their issuance records

• Ensure availability of reliever while leaving the reception during working hours.

• Convey messages of calls to employees during their absence.

• Attend visitors and extend hospitality

• Maintain decorum and discipline at the front desk.
