Immediate Hiring for .net Developer Asp.net ( 1 - 3 Yrs)

1) At least 1+ years’ experience of using .NET development

2) Experience of using ASP.NET for developing web applications

3) A good understanding of T-SQL, MS SQL

4) A solid understanding of OOPS principles

5) A good understanding of N-tier and N-layered architecture

6) Attention to detail

7) Experience of working effectively as part of a team

10) A flexible approach and ability to adapt

11) Ability to work under own initiative

12) Use Microsoft technologies: C#, ASP.NET, SQL and Microsoft Workflow to develop technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity

13) Design, code, test, debug and document software according to the functional requirements

14) Develop, maintain and support programs/tools for internal and external clients

15) Strong ability to effectively lead a team
