Job Description

Must have at least 6 months-1 year of experience in End to End Recruitment Process in Non-IT Recruitment / Lateral Hiring

Should have good Oral and written communication skills

Strong willingness to build career in Recruitment area Result oriented and ability to build strong professional relationship

Should have hands-on experience in handling Non IT Lateral Recruitment Permanent & Contract positions

Strong Sourcing techniques

Strong in using leading job portals

Strong Working experience on LinkedIn.

Strong in Searching Techniques / Sending Mails / Job Postings etc.

Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.

Should have good convincing and negotiable skill Strong team player and pro-active
