Candidate should have following responsibilities.....

Sourcing candidates using Job posting - Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements (free job portals, social media, quicker, olx,)

B) Contacting freelancer recruiters,

C) Using newsgroups

D) Job sites/ Portals.

Call them and invite them for interview.

Screen candidates resumes and job applications.

Evaluates applicants by discussing job opportunity and applicants qualifications

Counseling of candidates according to their job profile.

Registration of candidates.

Follow up of candidates.

Promote companys reputation as best place to work

Maintain your records on work sheets.

qualification - Graduation , post graduation

Location - Mohali

Salary - 8000-15000

Freshers and experience both can apply
