Following end to end Recruitment process(requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, tracking interview Assessments, salary negotiation, documentation, joining/ onboarding).

Directly interacting and dealing with Partner client to meet the goal. Handling client meeting Conducting Telephonic interviews, Maintaining MIS Reports, Preparing Presentations for Knowledge Transfer. Preparing HRIS and different weekly & monthly trackers.

Job posting & Mass mailing according to profile.

Head hunting & take maximum number of references for some specific profile.

Lining them up for further rounds.

Filling all vacant positions of the company and providing most eligible & effective manpower to the company through portals, references, social network, etc.

Taking feedback's for interviewed candidates & continuously coordinating with them till final selection.

After acceptance of offer issuing, it contains all the details regarding every document which candidate has to submit on his joining.

Following up with candidates till joining and then handover the candidate to concerned department.
