Job Description

Formulate end to end recruitment process including sourcing, candidates shortlisting, selection processes, and onboarding. Administer and maintain Applicant tracking System

Should be able to identify the needs and requirements of hubs and stations and provide suitable manpower for them adequately.

Advertise job openings on social media, job boards

Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to concerned persons

Should be proactive in sourcing data on short notices...
