Job Description

Global Junction is the group of companies , we are having 15+ offices in tamil Nadu

1. Handle end to end talent acquisition activities.

2. Sourcing, screening & validating the candidates using different methods like Job portals, references, campus, etc.

3. Coordinating with business leads to understand hiring requirements.

4. Preliminary screening /shortlisting the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.

5. Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.

6. Hands-on experience with various selection processes (interviewing, reference check, etc).

7. Coordinating for Employee Engagement activities.

8. Well-versed in statutory compliance handling.

9 Performance Management process

Key Requirements:

Good Communication Skills.

Hans on experience on Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Good experience in recruitment lifecycle

Should be familiar with portals.

Willing to travel
