duties and Responsibilities:

Own the Hr & Admin Functions in the Company
Responsible for Creating and Implementing Hr & Admin Policies
Management of Recruitment & Onboarding of New Employees
Management of Payroll and other Hr Processes
Assist the Directors in Identifying and Opening New Branches
Maintenance of Infrastructure in Existing Branches and Head Office
Engagement with External Stakeholders / Vendors for Management of Outsourced Process
Assist Businesses and Functions in Employee Engagement.
required Qualifications and Experience:
Mba with An Experience of 4-7 Years in the Services Sector.
Should Be a Self-starter, Demonstrate Entrepreneurial Capabilities and a Positive Attitude
