 Assessing the company’s future staffing requirements over the short, medium and long term.

 Liaising with the company’s senior management to determine their human resources requirement.

 Producing a comprehensive human resources plan for the company’s expansion.

Recruitment & Selection

 Responsible for recruitment of Management staff.

 Searching suitable candidates for filling up the vacancy through various tools as Manpower Consultancy Farms, Job portals, campus selection, employee referrals etc.

 Short-listing the candidates as per the required profile in consultation with the department head and Corp. Head

 Preparation of proposed compensation package and fitment for the selected candidates.

 Final approval from Head HR and management for recruitment.

 Scrutiny of certificates and testimonials and application form, reference check of the selected candidates before joining.

Training & Development:

 Identifying training needs across levels through different identification tools Performance Appraisals, Competency Assessments/mapping and Gap Analysis, HOD’s requisition, Skill Matrix (For operator), & General, Behavioral & Technical Training as per projects/business requirements etc.

 Prepare monthly and annual training plan on the basis of TNI.

 Screening of external trainer and Development of Internal Trainers.

 Organizing & coordinating the training programs (in house or external) as per training plan.

 Review & updating training calendar on monthly basis.

 Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.

 Consistently achieved Training hours as per the organizational requirement

 Maintaining training records i.e. Individual, Departmental and Internal & External trainings.
