Position Details

We are looking out for young & dynamic HR executive recruiters. The aspirant is required to report our site office at Worli. This position will directly report to HR manager for daily activities. Managing complete recruitment portfolio will be the prime objective of this position.

Job Description

1) Understanding position requirements from the respective HODs and stakeholders.

2) Analyzing pre-requisites for the position vacant and preparing required recruitment for each position.

3) Planning & prioritizing workload to deliver optimum results.

4) Familiarity with online job hunting websites along with personal sourcing communities.

5) Identifying competent candidatures for the vacant position and coordinating with candidates for interview.

6) Liosoning with interview panelists for profile shortlisting and interview scheduling

7) Managing documentation process during interview process sorting and maintaining records of profile.

8) Responding candidates for interview outcomes through emails.

Requirements

1) Bachelor's degree in any stream.

2) Minimum 2 yrs of experience recruitment, experience from real estate domain will be an added advantage.

3) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4) Hands on experience managing job portals.

5) Effective negotiation skills.

6) Ability to work under pressure and challenging environment.

7) Proven track record of recruitment in past for filling positions as per TAT.
