We NavaShakthi Chits looking for skilled, ambitious, result oriented with excellent communication skills to join with Team of HR Recruiters at Bangalore and should have the experience in sourcing , interviewing candidates from Job boards (Naukri, Shine, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. ) also

Candidate should have the experience of sourcing candidates for Non IT Recruitment Industry

Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on the company requirements.

Should be capable to screen the relevant resumes based on our requirement & shortlisting the candidates & to lined up 7-10 interviews after telephonic round for face to face every day.

Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.

Assess knowledge, Communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant.

Arranging interviews for selected candidates & lining up 7-10 candidates for interview daily based.

Strong work ethic and sense of commitment.

Excellent communication skills required - oral and written.

Self-driven to achieve assigned targets.

Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.

Positive attitude and interpersonal skills along with excellent rapport building are the traits for the right candidate.

End-to-end recruitment & Computer skills (MS WORD, MS EXCEL)

Key skills:

Minimum 2-3 yrs exp in recruiting [Non IT ]& Should be capable to screen the relevant resumes based on our requirement & shortlisting the candidates & to lined up 7-10 interviews after telephonic round for face to face every day.
