Job Description

Recruitment of manpower:Undertake new recruitment: Advertise, interview and recruit - Office Staff, Field Staff, Consultants.

Conduct Induction training & inform employees about office rules & regulations to be adhered to, Office discipline and their duties and responsibilities

Compliance of HSE policies of the organization.

Implementation of safe work procedure.

Liaise with other departmental/ state heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and personnel required

Liaise with government departments for discharging your work

Liaise with Labour Consultant

Taking exit interviews

Maintain knowledge of HR laws

Handle issues related to office premises

Any other HR related work assigned to you from time to time
