purpose of the Position
(we are Seeking for Officer/senior Officer -hr-talent Acquisition. Incumbent Would Be Responsible for Sourcing the Right Talent for Organization By Using all Available Tools of Talent Sourcing and Completing Employee On Boarding and Induction Process.)
responsibilities and Duties
talent Acquisition
you Should have Good Command On all Tools of Talent Sourcing Which Include Job Portal, Headhunting, Employee Referencing, Campus Hiring, Job Fair, Staffing Agencies, Social Media, Print Media, Ijp and Etc.
you Would Be Responsible for Managing and Developing all Recruiting Programs and Activities Related to the Attraction, Selection, Hiring and On Boarding of Resources.
you have to Manage Relationships with Candidates, Recruitment Agencies and Hiring Managers.
employee On Boarding & Orientation Program
you Would Be Responsible for Completing the Joining Formalities of Employees, Documentation and Document Verification.
you Would Be Responsible for Releasing the Appointment Letter.
employee Exit Management
you have to Conduct Exit Interview of Employees and Share the Feedback with Relevant Stake Holders and Implement the Corrective Action in Future Hiring Plan.
maintaining the Personnel Files and Documents Related to On-boarding and Exit Interview.
academic and Trade Qualifications
any Graduate Plus Mba Hr.
work Experience and Skills
essential Experience
minimum 2 Years to 5 Years.
desirable Qualifications
working Experience in Retail Sector Will Be Preferred.
