responsibilities:-
1) End to End Recruitment Process:-
a) Candidate Pipeline Management. Sourcing & Screening Profiles from Various Job Portals Doing the 1st Level Screening. Coordinating with the Candidate Till He Joins the Organization.
b) Compensation Structure, Contracts
c) Offers, Orientation and Onboarding. Taking Care of the Joining Formalities. Handover of Id Cards to the Selected Candidates Post Completion of the Joining Formalities. Assisting Induction.
d) Plan and Conduct An Induction Program for the New Hires.
2) Attendance and Leave Records:-
a) Keeping a Track of the Attendance of the Employees.
b) Keeping Track of the Leaves Taken.
