Job Description

1. Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.

2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

3. Preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals/newspapers/colleges

etc.

4. Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. Linkedin, Facebook and

Whatsapp).

5. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter

candidates within schedule.

6. Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

7. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection

process.

8. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
