Brand Maker looking for HR /She must have experience of 1 to 2 years in IT Recruitment, who handled completer cycle of Recruitment .

Job Responsibilities:

Proven expertise in handling End-to-End IT Recruitment processes

Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.

Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc

Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

Mass mailing and Job posting for new openings.

Co-ordinate Walk-ins Handling multiple requirements simultaneously for Internal require

Should have excellent knowledge in Job portals recruitment

Sourcing candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Advertisements, Headhunting, Networking & Employee Referrals.

Must have the ability to interview job candidates effectively and assess candidates accurately.

Required key skills :

Excellent Communication Skills.

Should have positive attitude towards work.

Must have experience into IT Recruitment.
