Job Description

Excellent sourcing techniques through Job boards, headhunting and social networking sites like LinkedIn and so on

Ability to handle multiple positions /multiple industries with applying different strategies to close different positions.

Should understand the role and able to learn and complete a given responsibility.

Experience: Min 6 months in recruitment (Any IT or NON IT, Contract or Permanent background)

Should know basics of using different job portals.

Candidate must be having good communication skills.

Good confidence level & having basic computer knowledge.

Minimum 5-6 hours dedicated time per day.

Going through the Job Applications and shortlisting candidates as per job Description.

Conducting telephonic interviews.

Coordination and follow up with the candidates till joining.
