Job Description

Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

Screening resumes

Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

Administering appropriate company assessments

Making recommendations to company hiring managers

Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

Following up on the interview process status

Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

Staying current on the companys organization structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding employment practices

Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations

Completing timely reports on employment activity

• Preparing, examining, and analyzing financial records, statements, and other reports. As an accountant, you need to assess the accuracy of these reports.
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
• Calculating and filing the GST, TDS, services tax, ESI, PF, PT and IT returns before due date on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis and understanding of reverse mechanism of the same.
• Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records / financial statements / accounts receivable / accounts payable/ invoice processing / petty cash/ cash management / cash book/ cash budget and attendance records maintenance.
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions.
