Accounts

Cash Flow Management.

Vendor Payments, Petty Cash Management.

Monthly Reports, Bank Reconciliations.

Maintaining Files, TDS Payments.

Coordination with CA for IT Returns and GST Fillings.

Maintaining Financial Statements provided by the CA/CS and maintaining records of each financial year.

Maintaining books of accounts, and updating in Tally ERP.

Preparing Special Reports as and when required by the Consultants, CA and Management.

HR

Daily Attendance.

Maintaining Leave Register, Salary Sheets, registers and managing employee leaves.

Preparing reports for Compliance (PF, ESIC, and LWF).

Up-keeping records and filing.

Ensuring statutory compliance is met with the requirements.

Recruitments and Joining formalities.

Letter Draftings.

Maintaining Employee Personal file.

Preparing Special Reports as and when required by the Consultants, CA and Management.

Conducting Exit Interviews, Exit formalities.

Assisting with PF and ESI claims.
