We are looking for a skilled Office HR executives to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office HR activities run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
An excellent HR executive is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Responsible for screening and shortlisting of candidates
Create & maintain a data base.
Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Effectively and efficiently fill open positions by recruiting talent from a variety of sources.
Generate new ideas of hiring and implement the same.
Motivate team and assign prioritized requirements to team members.
Update current and design new recruiting procedures.
Keep track of recruiting metrics.

Maintain heirarchial structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending change
