Job Description

Management of office equipment

Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment

Bank work

Handling external or internal communication or management systems

Office day to day activities including pantry and stationary,

Handle multiple projects

Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules,

and regulations. Documenting and communicating actions, irregularities.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

HR documentation, filing and sending of documents, screening of candidates,

compliance and training follow-up, data entry, etc.

Attend to all employees queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.

Reviewing Company Policies.

Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

Maintaining attendance, leaves, check in/ checkout, break timings etc. managing
